The cancellation fee for sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time is 50% of the cost of the session. A no-call no-show may be subjected to up to 100% of the cost of the session. We understand that sometimes things come up that cause last minute schedule changes, the sooner you contacts us the more likely it is that we can find a resolution for that works for all parties.
