In a custom massage session you and your massage therapist will discuss your goals for the session and how your body is feeling. Your massage therapist will then plan a session designed to meet your goals. They will include the techniques that they feel will best address your needs. These techniques may include, but are not limited to, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, hot stones, cupping, trigger point, myofascial, deep tissue, and more. This session is 60 minutes hands on.

This session focuses on relieving TMJ pain and may help alleviate the affects of TMJD. work is preformed on the scalp face and neck. For the greatest affect this session includes intraoral work. Intraoral work is done with the providers hands in the client's mouth. Provider always wears disposable gloves when working intraorally.

This session focuses on working with the lymphatic system to help the body recycle excess lymph fluid. This is a light pressure, slow moving technique that is deeply relaxing. Please note that we do not currently offer post surgical lymphatic drainage. All clients must wait 6 weeks after surgery before scheduling.
